Ok, so here's my dilema.
I've been playing MyCareer (around 33 games into the season). I'm a PG on the Charlotte Bobcats and I'm playing a game (@Trail Blazers). It loads to the airplane scene when you are able to choose to play or upgrade etc.
Sometimes, it even gives me a cutscene for some investment. If i choose an option for the investment, it kicks me out to the home screen.
If I start to load up the game @ the Trail Blazers, it loads for a minute and for about 0.5 seconds it shows the arena, but then kicks me out. No error messages.

I've tried to clear the cache on my Xbox One (holding down the power button for ages), unplugged everything, etc. No luck.
If it helps, the game is a digital copy.

Thanks. I WILL rep +100 for help on how to fix this.

Crashes happen all the time. Usually the best way to do it is to COMPLETELY clear the cache and re-updating it. This can be done several ways. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] here is a forum that should help. or if you're on Xbox One turn it off like you said and wait for the light to change. If that doesn't help I'm sorry but I can't help you because there is no official way to clear the cache because of the limited access to the hard drive.

I had the same problem and contacted 2k support. They had me delete NBA 2k14 and reinstall it and it worked perfectly for me. And don't worry it doesn't delete your MyCareer. Also watch the entire intro video

The My Player game mode kept crashing for me too but it would crash while I was on the loading screen. I eventually re-installed my game and one of my My Player saves disappeared. I'm guessing that the save was corrupted. That could be the same issue for yours.

Ronnie2K announced that a patch is coming out for the game sometime in the next two weeks.
