Im trying to stick with Intel only as i have had bad experience with AMD chpsets,

I have around 700 (money from winter work and my brithday coming up) so i may add an ssd to that build, as i have around 20 games on steam +other things i use a pc for like music production it takes up alot of room

Get the one with amd, You wont notice any less fps (maybe 2-3 fps over the 100+fps you will have with the 770)

I've used both amd and intel, both make great cpus, just because you had problem with some shitty laptop integrated shit it does not mean you will have problems with a FX 6300.

Also, you will need to play games @ medium-low with a 650ti

Gtx 650 is not a gaming card.
