I've used Local API store thing for apps like Follow4Follow but now for some reason it is just not working on anything

I click on Payment and cancel and it says purchase complete but it doesn't actually work should I remove and reinstall it has anyone else come across this issue

I'm trying to use it on the App GET LIKES because it's like the only insta app what actually works quickly

It might not work with the app you are trying to use..
