I must be the only one who has had good service from Yodel!
I order from SportsDirect.com very often. And they use Yodel. I have never had a problem, and they are always very quick service!

Of course every delivery they make can't all be a disaster as they wouldn't be in business.
They are one of the worst if not the worst courier services in the UK though, all you see is complaints when you Google them or look on Amazon. Their customer service is poor, and their standard of drivers/delivery people are low.

I also work with a guy who works there part time when he's home, and some of the stories he tells me makes me automatically want to refuse delivery if Yodel are the designated courier delivering my stuff. Bad experiences the few times I've had them also leave me very skeptical as to their professionalism and thought to the customer.

I have heard of it, but I have never used it.

But because of what people have been saying. I would not try it out.
