I dont know one person that understands website development that would copy your code, Anyways even if it is a template not one person would of said anything as your just trying to learn. I mean we all started somewhere, we are just saying this stuff because we believe that you have edited a simple template and tried to take credit for it

Some HTML tags are blocked, for example the ending <script> tag (<//script>).

Besides, even if the quality of OPs work isn't amazing and used a template, I don't see anything wrong with that. One of the ways I learnt was to play around with code and see what happens. Passing it off as your own work is a bit meh though.
