I had to use paypal. Other than that, the gold method worked fine on my new account.

Idk if I read this wrong, but when it calls your number your supposed to put in a four digit pin number that you make up. Then you go to the site and put in your phone number and then the pin number that you made.

It doesn't work for the account I've been doing this with for the better part of last year, but does work on another account I have. I guess this no longer works for accounts which have been using this a lot already.

You did go to the bottom of xbox.com and click on mobile right?
