I just went on, i had 150mil like 2 days ago. i get today and only got 162k, all my cars and ammo and stuff are there but the money is gone. any idea what happened?

UPDATE: went to take a picture and went i clicked continue it said "online service not available for your account" have i been banned? i'm in an online lobby with other people in it.
