Although i don't agree(i feel there are other ways to have ended this), i completely understand why you did it, after you warned him, he was clearly just doing it to get a reaction out of you, completely ignoring him would have probably worked instead of an uppercut.

Self defense wouldn't hold up in court.
In order for him to have acted in self defense he would have had to believe that the guy was attempting to drag him away and rape him.
In his OP he states the guy was just slapping his ass and copping a feel.
He previously stated that the unwanted attention of earlier actions had aggravated him.
The hand on the ass pushed his rage over the top and he acted out of anger, not of fear.

School sucks for this stuff. I would have beat him to death honestly, I have zero tolerance for BS and getting messed with. When I was a Senior in High School a fat Junior was bullying my sister who was a Freshmen. Needless to say I didn't say a word, just beat his a** in the snow and left him there bleeding. I got called in to the office and his mom was sitting there with him. I said what happened and his mom said 'Good Job, my sons an idiot, surprised you didn't kill him I know my brothers would have' needless to say I walked free.

Surely you would have acted the same way that the OP did. So you're practically saying that it would be best for the OP to make a fool out himself and let his butt get touched without hesitation? What if other students misinterpreted this and started to bully op for being supposedly gay considering the fact that he let a guy touch his butt. It isn't a factor if you're an adult or not, it's common sense for someone to counteract a person that harassed him. Regardless of the circumstances.
