If anyone feels like making a club with me I am thinking of making one to get into the top 20 teams but the team should be playing realistic football and should not just abuse game mechanics. The team should be playing pass and move and trying not to rush the play at all. I am looking for a set of people that are all of the same skill level and can learn how to play with each other and create chemistry so we can dominate teams with ease.

I am looking for an ANY, a Striker and a few midfielders first.
