I am trying to get a twitter outro for my youtube channel

HOWEVER, I do not have Cinema 4D or Adobe After Effects. This video has a download link for the twitter outro shown. All you would have to do is download the file and change it to say my Twitter name, which is EastleyJackets the same as my youtube!
It would literally take less than 5 minutes, I would be very very grateful! Please let me know thanks!!!
