I cant stream, and Im hating this. Are there anyways to boost my upload speed with out upgrading my package?

You're limited to what you pay for because they put a cap on your speeds. You can try getting a better router but if you already have a good one I would try using a ethernet cable and see if that raises it.

There's not much you can do other than that besides upgrading your package.

Call your service provider and complain chances are they will boost it a tiny bit

You definitely need to upgrade, you won't be able to do much with that internet.

I agree with -Mark. You are limited to what your ISP give you. I suggest you just upgrade your package instead of trying to do it without it. You will just waste your time.

Just call and upgrade your package.
