just report it to ebay or flash a new cpu and kv to it that should change the serial, also ebay do have a money back guarantee just open a case and get your money back

The answer is right there from martin C


build it with the nomobile option selected, or extract the main files and build an image without nanddump.bin. That way it's completely clean.
