it isnt that hard of a car to find. i have 3 ( chrome / modded / stock )

you can find one easily just go up to where you get on the cable car to get up mount chiliad and you will find some parked up there...thats where i found mine

they spawn in sandy shores around the fleeca back mostly everywhere. if you dont know where that is check out my video



if then dont spawn at first just drive around and come back eventually y then will spawn
