The rockstar cloud servers are unavailable right now. Only disc content will be available and saving will be disabled. Are you sure you would like to proceed?

I get that message everytime when I try to connect with my RGH SLim... Very annoying as I have a mod tool that can mod online that I couldn't test yet..

reset your connection maybe? when I used to host that happened.

Okay, I'm not an owner of a jtag/rgn. But i know that on the 1.09 patch, they did something to sorta patch them. Like you can still use them but you can't do really anything online with them.

had the same problem vew weeks ago,
I changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 and now i can connect to rockstar cloud.

Go ahead and try it.
Let me know if it works.
