MonsterModder wrote This is better than my computer lol, you shouldnt need to overclock or upgrade. I run an i7 870 2.93 quad core, and a nvidia gtx 550 ti 2gb and that is more than enough power for any game i have ever played and both your processor and video card are better than mine.

-How much ram are you running? maybe a simple ram upgrade can up your performance? i run 16gb

... You're joking... right?

Your i7 is far superior to his CPU. Yes his GPU is better and more up-to-date, but your CPU is great, a lot better than his. I don't think it really can be compared.

He should upgrade his CPU soon, and I don't really think a RAM upgrade will change much performance.
Thanks for shutting my parts down:( lol no it's fine but yeah they aren't the best. This was my first ever build and it has done me good so far.

so mine is better? i figured his would be better due to higher ghz and it is newer

ghz means nothing if your talking about a different cpu..

older is not always bad the sandy bridge i7s still overclock the best.

the only thing worse is the gpu
