I think it's possible. My theory is that when you wake up, instead of getting rid of the dream the brain actually stores it. Kinda like your memory and speech part of your brain but for dreams. That's why you can remember some? I'm guessing it's harder to remember because it's a weaker point. That's my theory on it, may be stupid but it's still a thought. What do you think?

Once you first wake up, orally speak to yourself and you will remember 500 times better.

If you write some of the things that happened in the dream down you can recall all of the dream. Thats how many start the long process into lucid dreaming.

Keep a dream journal, before moving or doing ANYTHING, try to remember what your dream was about. Then write down everything you remember, after a few months..you should remember your dreams 15x better.

The majority of the dreams that you have and remember are dreams that you had during r.e.m sleep. Usually these dreams are what are referred to as "lucid" dreams meaning they seem like they are real and you remember them a whole lot better. There are some techniques that you can use that will make you go into r.e.m sleep when you fall asleep. I personally usually only have lucid dreams but it only started happening after I took too many pain killers.

I've never actually remembered a full dream before, I definitely imagine that it can be done.

I believe it is called being "lucid" I believe when in this state you can also control your dreams.

Dreaming is the craziest thing ever. my cousin has a masters degree in physiology and he can tell me everything all the symbolism in any dream I have.
