Use a program called hyperdesktop and you can screen cap and it uploads to imgur automatically and gives you a link. Best program I've ever used

I use gyazo on the iPad. It's the easiest to me.

iCap.me is easily the best screenshot software.
Nice small link and it does it in a instant with a direct link to the image.
Not a link filled with ad's like Gyazo.
I use imgur for uploading images already on my computer though.
