Shouldn't be for a while
The reason the prices went up was not because of TOTY... it was because of the match earning glitch being patched....

Prices will slowly decease, but not by much

They have already gone back down i just got 100k for 6.50 but motst are still around 7-8

The prices did go up for TOTY dude, they did it to make money not because of a patched glitch. This is because people will just buy coins as they need them to get TOTY and they will spend any money to get them as TOTY was on for a limited time frame. Back on track, the prices will drop but steadily, when sellers start to loose buyers when the buyers have rebuilt their teams. 2 weeks before TOTY I bought 100k for 3.60.
