The difference is exactly what it sounds like.
One has parts optimized for gaming whilst the other has parts optimized for editing.

Ex. On a gaming build you might buy a $400 GPU whilst on a editing build you might only spend $100 or less and use that extra money buying a better CPU, etc.

Alright, so would it be like mixing all the parts into one build, making it gaming editing pc or would it just ruin the gaming and maybe ruin the editing

you can have a pc for both. just have a good cpu and memory for editing and a good gpu for gaming

Well, if you know what to look for, you can get a cracking PC that will demolish any task you chuck at it. But you need the budget to back it up.

I have practically the same build, it runs great. If you aren't too picky about cable management in your case, I recommend the NZXT Source 210, it'll save you about $30. I recommend ditching the GTX 660 and getting a GTX 760.
