what does the grunt bday do?

I love how everyone talks about random ppl being little kids.. Maybe you're the little kid for not knowing how to mod the flaming helment.. i would love to vs you 1v1 and prove you wrong but your prob one of those little kids who has a k/d of 1 and thinks they're good and your skill level is prob in the 1400? yea
