Just to warn you guys in order to prevent making the same mistake I did... Always make sure you read the terms and conditions carefully do not just click agree and skip them like everyone does. I have lost 25 pound due to a blocked ebay account of mine restricting what I can operate and limiting areas I cant view like the bills I owe just leaving me with a sum to pay otherwise its court time. So watch out for this happening always pay your fees immediatly.
