License transferring is NOT illegal, at least not where the law is concerned, BUT it does violate Microsoft's terms of use. Your gamertag or console can be banned if caught doing this, it's considered a "Marketplace Theft".

Double check your facts before saying dumb shit and trying to scare people.

Because everyone is willing to get their hard work and progress permanently removed by Microsoft for some random person on the internet.
If you knew anything about the Digital Rights Movement, you'd learn that it actually IS illegal. You're violating the company's copyright if you do so.

Hey Dumb Dumn, actually it is illegal. Microsoft can take you to court and put you in jail for it. Online Theft is Just as illegal as In Real Life. Get your facts straight BUD
