RGH 2.0 or R-JTAG would suffice.

Which one is better and what is the difference?

Surely someone will link you to the beginners guide, but if no one does I'll edit this

There's no difference between a RGH and RJTAG. But I would advise you to make sure you want to get one.

R-JTAG.
JTAGs, RGHs and R-JTAGs are used to achieve the same thing (unsigned code). Each method has a way of different way of achieving unsigned code. Some methods have more features and some methods are faster to achieve unsigned code. RGH 2.0 is slow at achieving a fast boot compared to the JTAG, but the JTAG doesn't have all of the features that RGH does. R-JTAG gives you the features of the RGH and the reliable, fast boot times of a JTAG.
