You can't get the full version of minecraft free. You can get a cracked version but you can ONLY play on cracked servers. In my opinion it's worth it to just buy the full version.

Also, having the cracked client will not allow you to use a skin (which isn't really a problem).
Singleplayer, texture packs, mods (excluding certain mods/modpacks, like Tekkit) and all of that will work fine.
But you'd have to join a cracked server and there aren't many cracked servers and from my experience, the cracked servers aren't very fun.

I'd recommend just buying Minecraft or if you can't for some reason, ask a friend or a relative to buy it for you and then you can pay them back (unless they just want to give you a gift. ;p).

Just buy the game man, people who use cracked clients are limited to stuff, and its also not right to get a game for free when the developers have worked to make the game. If you cant buy it yourself try and get a good deal.
