I've been told over a million times that outer space is very large, I cant quite get a grasp on it. What is is comparable to, to show the size difference? Does it ever end and start a new type of something(Cant figure out the word to use). Will it ever end, Since sooner or later something has to come to a end. Since space is very large, it is possible there is another you doing the same exact thing you are doing right now...This just makes me wonder, kinds sucks how there is no exact answer to this.

The human mind is not capable of thinking about the immense size of Outer Space. We can only see it. There are many things based off of the size of the universe. But, what if we were so small, that only a microscope of another being could see us? Would that change your perspective?

Everyone perceives size their own way. What may be small could be large to another. It is what your brain thinks. Yet, space is an amazing thing. I would love to explore it.

Space is never ending. For all we know that is. Until we have some way of finding out in the future.

We don't know and we may never know. None of us can answer this question, but we can speculate. I think that the Universe is smaller than we think.

The only comparison that I can think of is the one that says there are 10x more stars in the known universe than grains of sand on the Earth.
and that's only in the known Universe.

But nobody knows definitively how big the Universe is, only that is it expanding at an ever increasing rate.

The observable universe(measured by the cosmic microwave background radiation) is 13.7 billion years old. That might make you think that it spaces radius is nearly 14 billion light years. That is more than likely not true. It is hard to quantify the rate of expansion of space from the beginning until now. We have to consider the co-moving distance. Sorry, but we really do. The currently most quoted estimate of the minimum radius of the universe is 78 million light years. Less than that and light would have had time to circumnavigate the cosmos. Truthfully, no one has a clue.
Lets try to do some math that would put it in perspective. In one year light will travel 9.46 trillion km. Multiply that by the age of the universe. Lets see, that is 9.46 trillion multiplied by 14 billion years. Well, I called it simple math, but, obviously, I was not being serious. I had to stop doing the math before I passed out.
