I have been perma banned from XBL for "attempting to host 10th prestige lobbies." To me, this is 100% pure Bull**** because I have NEVER and I repeat NEVER tried or attempted to host a 10th lobby. The XBL Enforcement Team says that they have concrete evidence that shows that I "attempted" to host a lobby, but they are refusing to show me their so called "concrete evidence. I was unable to access my XBL profile for the past week, and when I was able to log back on, it said that "HMC Bluntz was last signed in on another console." I do not own a different console, which means that someone accessed my account without my permission. When I told Xbox this, they said that "There is nothing that we can do to take back the Permanent Suspension" and that the "Suspension will stand as issued." I just wanted to post this here to let every Xbox Live supporter out there, that Microsoft really isn't on your side, and they just enjoy the fact that we subscribe to their services. Now, to me, I believe that they don't see loyal customers as anything else but money.

Someone who isn't me wanted to know how to make some good ol' shine. I have received emails from the Enforcement Team saying that it was because I tried to host lobbies.

dude that sucks try calling back i get different responses every time i call multiple times when i have problems and not to be rude to any one but ask to talk to someone in the U.S. ive had one person tell me they cover the disk ring and gave me info to get another disk free so i called back to see if i would get the same answer and the second person told me it was a user problem even when i didnt touch the xbox and it ringed it

Maybe someone else signed into your account and tried. I think it is wrong that Microsoft will not show you any proof.
