So my iPhone 4 is on IOS 7 and i have done the Evasi0n Unteathered Jailbreak and ive done everything for in app purchases but it uses a server is there any way that i can get the in app purchases even though it uses a server would really help me if you could help And also have they updated the Wallpapers and Tweaks on Cydia yet? if not when do they update them?

As it is server based there's no way you can get permanent mods for it.

But you can download 'iFile' on cydia which allows you to edit game scripts(offline/temporary only)

The only real way to get gems would be hacking into their servers and sending small amounts of gems to ur account. If you were to send too many or even a strange number supercell would probably catch you and ban the account.
