As for the OP most people tend to post there and it gets to the point its all that comes up when you refresh the forums

Its been happening for years just seems to get worse only thing you can do is report it though

This has been talked about forever, there's no other solution other than reporting them for spam.

I rarely post on those sections anymore, only when someone comes back or if someone earns a badge, I might post something.

Every forum has clowns doing this just for the sake of more posts, if someone asks for help some noob who most likely doesnt have any idea what hes talking about will duplicate someone elses answer which has already been posted and they'll just change it round slightly, there is no way of avoiding spam on TTG but its worth sifting through all the junk for a piece of gold lol

You're right. There is nothing we can really do. They could maybe add more sectional moderators to that section to stop the spammers. Just an ider ;)

Its really annoying when you see the same kids name the whole way down the page.

I think people should only be allowed to post on it once.

As 'The Introduce Yourself' forum may be getting spammed, it's still a good place for new comers to introduce themselves and meet people around the forum...

What annoys me is seeing senior members in their who do it, whilst going around talking about getting closer to their next 1000 posts or w.e milestone they're working towards.

It's quite pathetic tbh
