If i really needed something i would probably take it if im completely honest, and i do think some other people would but they just wont admit it over TTG. ++ If i didnt see who dropped the money i would 100% keep it.

In 6th grade I found $50 on the floor and gave it to my teacher because at the time I didn't need money. She said she'd fined out who it was, but I saw here put the money in her bra.

It kind of depends on the person, most of the time you can tell how a person is by looking at them but tbh I'd most likely keep it.
