I would they they would just make you pay for the codes unless you didn't for a ridiculous amount and they felt the need to sue our something

I don't know much about proxies or vpns but couldn't you use a different proxy or VPN each time you do it and fill out different info each time?

You could just get some Sock5 proxies and connect to a VPN through those, guarantee you will not get caught.
