If you bring the cageless and clothless top version online the cloth top will go back on.

There is no way to get it online without the top and without the cloth, it will only stay like that in single player, once its brought online it will change to the cloth version, you can remove the top in the gta editor too...

But yeah there is no way to get it into online without the top...
