I need to update ghosts and im on XBLSE is it safe to update?

Can't you just update all TU's from FSD and select the newest one?

well i did the update for mw3 on xblse? so it should, not 100% though

Yes, you can update your game.

You can download TUs from FSD by just going into games, hovering over the game and then pressing 'Y' and then Selectin "Download TUs" and then find the lastest TU.
