I want to know if i would be able to record ps4 gameplay yet or hdcp still on?

no you cannot buy you can get a 15$ splitter to use your capture card.

You can use a capturing device to record footage through the HDMI port, which is what the other consoles did, but this is good news because some people were afraid that Sony would block the devices because they already have a "share" option.
