Your Problem might Be that your mod has Been updated and it has been having issues.

or when does that thing pop up?

Change The Launcher to 1.1.3 then force update and it might still show the message continue still.

i tried this and clicked continue after it said the missing id files and it still doesnt work, it just comes up with the error message saying its missing the id's

Go to your .minecraft Folder. Optional Copy The Saves Folder (SO you don't Lose your Maps) On to your Desktop. Then Delete The hole MINECRAFT Folder then Redownload MInecraft.exe or Minecraft.jar Again, Get a new minecraft. Then Force Update it. Then Get a NEW MOD FORGE THINGY and put it on there then put your Saves back on there you go it should WORK.

Why it happened Because one of the .jar files were were not recognised and it has been Modified. That should Solve it all.

Im not playing normal minecraft im playing Feed The Beast, im not using the normal minecraft launcher FTB has its own.

Well Reset That Thing. Like go in its Folder
