So I am making a new youtube channel so i can start fresh and post quality stuff... Now im changing the features and all that when i come to a stand still. Its how to change my "Description name"

Look above for exactly what im talking about. Now i know your able to change that but i cant figure out how and its making me extremely angry. For those who give me a completely accurate response ill give you Rep. Thanks in advance.

I think i know what you're talking about
Click on the dropdown box by your picture
click youtube settings on the left
then click advanced under your name
then change username?

Or when your on your page near your name there is like a little "pen" icon when you hover over it
click it then channel settings then edit name?
