Yeah. So, my father and mother are divorced since I was a kid. And today she flew from god-knows-where to pay me a visit.
Well, she went to my grandmother's (paternal) place - she respects all my family, except my father which she estimates as a huge bastard - and my grandmother calls me, telling me to go at her place. I asked her what was up on the phone but she wouldn't tell me.
I honestly didn't recognize my mother when I entered the living room. She was smiling and my grandmother told me that this was my mother.
Nope, it wasn't emotional. We just sat there and talked. Mainly, she just asked questions about my studies / my health / how I was and such. At first we were silent, then my brother woke up and arrived at my grandmother's place.
They (mother and grandmother) talked about how they respected each other and sucked each others' boots.
She then left an hour later and we agreed on meeting up next Saturday.
I just felt like posting it since it's kind of on my mind
