well title says it all that is my budget if needed a little more cash 650$ is the max

No one uses dvd drives anymore, and why would you stick someone with a Bronze psu? That's one of those things you don't want to cheap out on. That'd be like a surgeon replacing someones heart with a wooden one.

Bronze is fine. Many people have them, and there is not a problem with them. I don't know why you see bronze as not being good. For example the XFX 550W is bronze, yet is a great PSU.

The only difference between gold vs bronze psu's is the power effiency. Bronze psu's are rated at like 82% and gold is 87% efficent and the few less percent for bronze would set you back a couple dollars more every year its not even close to as bad as you made it sound.
