Police say Bieber and his friend was drag racing but they were under the speed limit the whole time. The report claims police clocked them above (50) but when they got behind them Bieber and His friend was apparently at 27mph.

Also it seems like they fooled with the report of how much he had to drink as well that night.

I think he is just trying to do what Miley was doing, and getting way to much publicity and trying to make a little bit more money. It worked for Miley, now he wants to do it.
