I'm getting a new gaming pc and I have a budget of $1,800 - $1,400 but I can only get prebuilt
all I need is it to play Minecraft Garrys Mod Rust and more on decent fps

No it's complete trash and very outdated.

Buy a laptop till you're able to build one.

i would not recommend getting a laptop for gaming or a pre built but i know cyberpowerpc is an ok website from friends and has some good deals for pre built computers

i have a 700 gaming pc what i built and it runs rings around alienware and other supposedly pre built gaming pcs just give your money to a computer shop and ask him for a parts list and get him to build it
