I was just recently scammed today when a fellow TTG member said he was going to host me a call of duty ghost unlock all lobby after I sent him the money through via PayPal and I did then he stopped messaging me and never invited me to the lobby I have the hole conversation between us screenshoted and the money transfer screenshoted for proof of all this. Who would I talk to about this problem so it dosent happen to anyone else and stop this guy from taking other peoples money? Thank you.

if you sent the money as a gift you can take it back and you should have asked for proof

Its the other way around. If you sent them the money using "Paying for good and services" then you can get your money back.
Though you might be able to get your money back through gifting also. But i'm almost positive its impossible.
