Well i have Windows Vista 32 bit.
and i also have 8 gb of ram installed but only can use 3..
this is my gaming pc and cant play most of the games just because of my the ram being to low (32 bit Cap) so is there any way i can upgrade to 64 bit without deleting any of my files?
PS: I don't have an external hard drive so cant do that..

The only way to upgrade to 64 bit OS you have to do a clean install of windows 7.

Also what's your cpu? Your cpu has to be a 64bit capable one or installing a 64bit OS won't work.

Maybe just write down all the programs you need now so after installing you have a list of programs you need.
