I use vanilla flavored whey but they are different kinds if you are looking to build. Add your favorite fruit and a Greek yogurt along with milk for a powerful pre or post workout.

Go with Whey protein, it's the healthiest and most effective. Than just choose any flavor you like, I personally go with the Cookies n Cream one. If you want you can add some fruits, yogurt, milk, or nuts to add some extra protein it.

Or idk if your area has it but theres a place called Popeyes and they have their own line of protein products. But drinks are kinda unnatural so I Sometimes drink raw eggs.

Nothing, that is if you continue to work out. If you take it without working out it'll just be fat. If you stop taking it but still work out nothing will happen. You might see a difference in muscle gain progress. It'll be slower when you stop taking it.
