Miss wroteThe-Professor wrote What would happen if i stop taking Whey?
Nothing, that is if you continue to work out. If you take it without working out it'll just be fat. If you stop taking it but still work out nothing will happen. You might see a difference in muscle gain progress. It'll be slower when you stop taking it.
See that is what i'm afraid of. Stop taking it and ill get fat lol. But I'll try it out.

I use the collegiate version of muscle milk and it's pretty sweet. It's got all the good stuff in it and I don't have to worry about taking a supplement or something that's banned by the NCAA because it's specifically for college athletes. So if you have to worry about passing a drug test like I do then you might want to look into it. You can get it pretty cheap online. I honestly wouldn't shop in stores, it's all marked up too much.

The-Professor wroteProtein is good for you and also if you work out and stuff when you sleep eat a lot of peanut butter or a peanut butter sandwich and drink a glass of milk so that when you're sleeping for 8 hours the peanut butter sticks to you all night long and it's good protein so it works also-Noob wroteThe-Professor wroteI only work out 3 times a week Monday Wednesday and Friday I work out every part of my body those 3 days since I don't go every day so I get everything in and Tuesday and Thursday go jog or ride a bike and the weekends is your time to rest a bitMiss wroteThe-Professor wrote What would happen if i stop taking Whey?
