I've rung my ISP, they can't do anything.

Only thing i can think of is to change your ip.

On a serious note. Who is doing this? Are you sure it is Ddosing? You should change your IP. You can do this if you have Dynamic IP. Go into command prompt and enter "IPconfig" this will show some numbers along the lines of "192.168.1.1". Type this into your browser and it will grant you access to your router. Change one number in the MAC adress and your IP has been changed!
