Well this is what I would like to do with someone so well this is how I make money, I'll give you a option to join.

My first way:
I own the website: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
I sell apparel at reasonable prices, and I have popular designs.
My second way:
I take some of the T-Shirt designs on my site, I raise the price a bit to account for the eBay 10% fee! then sell it on there. It has no over head. I design the T-Shirts online, and from the website I make the at-Shirts from, I ship it for free from that site. So I'm not only making money, it's a no overhead(besides the eBay fee idea, and the website domain, and a future designer possibly.)

That's my two ideas.

Here would be my offer to you:

20$for 20% of my company! meaning you make 20% of every profit.
Or you can join me on eBay, I'll give you 10% profit as pay! but you will be required to help me sell, or you don't get that 10%

Those are my offered to make you money, if my site gets big, you make your money back, and alot more.

check your local ads for jobs for students, or get a paper route. That's all I can think of for someone your age (I don't know the law where you live). Where I live, someone your age can only work so many hours a week.
