Season 4 finale is so damn good! I don't know if the series gets any better after that one, but it definitely doesn't falter.
Yeah, it follows the same formula the rest of the way, but the character development and dialog more than make up for it!

Just.. ugh.. that final season.

Such a let down.

It's worth watching just so you can watch season 7. Season 7 was a masterpiece in that show along with season 4. They're what make it worth watching. The rest of the seasons are good but a bit boring though.

You should probably hide that season update and give a spoilers warning. Then if anybody interested in watching Dexter drops in to see our opinions they won't know how season 4 ends.
