you get banned on everygame for hosting if youve got a KV and Xblse time then you can host on either game doesn't what game, without these things you will get banned period!

You can get banned for that. Any sort of modding on Xbox can result in a suspension. Even if you get it from someone else and then host them yourself for others. You in this case would be caught for giving them which would make you the host.
