I have a 87 overall 3pt specialist and my dunk cap is at 85 which i have. Is there anyway to get that to 90 or no?

You can buy the training boost to raise it for a few games, but no there is no permanent increase.

The only way to make your cap higher is by purchasing boosts and enabling them.
Other than that, there is nothing you can do to increase the cap.
