I feel that it is the Obey Tailgater, I just can't find it and don't know too many people with it .

trevors blazer is the rarest, you have to have ISO mods to store it.

There are many that Rockstar has blacklisted (can't be stored anymore) like the Space Docker, Weed Van, etc.

I think it does. I tried bringing the one with no rag on top online and when i did, the rag appeared out of no where.
