For this glitch you most first sign in 3 or more xbox controller's one should be your main account and then two guests start the search. Then when everyone is voting just sign off one guest. And bammm your in a locked lobby You then just kill your guest.
Rules:
You cannot have any one that is not on your xbox in your game
Very Very important if you do this a lot, like 5-8 games you will be banned for 30-1 hour from matching making
Tips:
Go for challenges and achievements
Get only head shoots plus try and get as many medals as you can
You can use your Rock Band drums etc.. as controller's
Now go have fun and boost safe
Sorry I meant you need to sign out a guest NOT to turn off the controller so if you did that try it again but sign out instead.
Do this at your own risk I am Not responsible if you get banned or credit locked or reset for that matter

Ok so this is how it works
If your ever in a game with your guest sign him out you will be disconnected right, but on halo reach it sends you to a lobby for some reason it's ranked and by yourself
Remember this can only be done on your own xbox and with 3 controller
And yes there is a full lobby but you quit that when you sign out your quest
